Hi, I'm Tara!
I'm just a horse-crazy, God-fearing momma with a dream—and that dream has always revolved around horses. They’ve been the heartbeat of my life for as long as I can remember. From riding, running and maintaining boarding facilities and training to simply soaking in their presence, horses have shaped who I am. My biggest passion was retraining OTTBs, giving them a fresh start and a second chance. Though a spinal cord injury in 2019 changed my path, my love for these incredible animals never wavered. Now, I spend my days spoiling my OTTB, Cash, with endless cookies, scratches, and occasional trips to the show ring when time allows.

Family & Life on the Road
I’m blessed to share this journey with my amazing husband, Kody, and our beautiful daughter, Braelynn. They are my biggest supporters, my reason for chasing this dream, and my heart in human form. Alongside us on all our adventures is our Aussie Heeler, Scout—better known as "The Lion Man" because of his fluffy mane and undeniable presence. He looks like a lion, acts like a goofball, and keeps us laughing every day.
My Photography Journey
My photography story began in 2015 when I got my first DSLR camera. What started as a way to capture moments at the barn quickly turned into an obsession. I found pure joy in photographing my barn friends, boarders, and, of course, my own horses. I was that person who never left home without a camera, always eager to freeze a moment in time.
Horses are more than just animals—they are partners, teachers, and lifelong friends. They demand so little from us, yet they give everything in return. I believe every equestrian has a love story with their horse, and my mission is to capture that story in a way that speaks to the soul. Whether it's the quiet moments in the barn, the thrill of competition, or the unbreakable bond built through years of trust, I strive to showcase the raw beauty and emotion that make this partnership so special.

We don’t just stay in one place—we travel full-time, bringing our photography services to some of the most prestigious show venues across the country. From Tryon and Aiken to Texas Rose Horse Park and Kentucky Horse Park, we are constantly on the road, capturing the magic of equestrian sport in every corner of the country. Whether you're in the hunter/jumper ring, galloping cross-country, or dancing down centerline, we’re there to preserve every breathtaking moment.
