3 Reasons a business branding session can help your small business and believe it or not this isn't just for photographers. Business branding is for all businesses big and small, products or services. These sessions are for YOU! You can't sell a high-quality product with low quality images. If you want to look professional, then high-quality imagery and artwork play a big role in your success. I want you to succeed and here are a few reasons to book a branding session to help professionalize your business.

Reason #1 Quality Over Quantity

You can post 10 million images and get a decent response, but if your imagery is lacking quality and professionalism. What does that say for your products and even for your business? For me, if I see a product on amazon that has distorted and uncreative images, I am going to automatically assume that the quality of the product is not very good. If you can't produce a good image, then chances are the product is also lacking. Is it true that your product quality is low because your image quality is low? No probably not. However, we all work very hard for our money and it's the worst feeling in the world to buy something BRAND new and it breaks within the first month or so of using it. We have all been there and done that, and it's beyond frustrating. You could post once a day vs 15 times a day with beautiful product imagery and get a way better response from more people. At the end of the day, we want a professional, high-quality product and that starts with a high-quality picture for your products or services.

Reason #2 It's all about those details

Depending on the services or products you provide, your story and brand can be delivered through image-story telling. What's the most important part of your story? The details, right? If it wasn't for all the minor details in our lives, we wouldn't be where we are today. To capture the details is to tell the story. When you have a product or service you are promoting, PROMOTE the details. That's your strongest selling point, so promote it.

Have a logo for your products? Capture it. Was there an animal or family member who helped you start and grow your business? If so, include them. Making our business relatable to our possible clients is where strong client relationships form. Those are returning customers. You want your current clients and your potential clients to feel like they know you on a personal level. What in this world, means the most to you? For Rachael at Rachael Watts Photography says it's her horses that have helped her build her brand, and she just loves her horses they are her world. Rachael wanted to include her pride and joy in her branding session because it makes her more relatable to her equine clients and to potential clients.

Last but not least reason #3 Stay up to date.

Consistency is key, keeping those profile images, and newsfeeds loaded with new updated beautiful images and video content, and you will be amazed at the difference it will make in your audience interactions. I would say 50% of my bookings are social media/online forums, and the remaining 50% are word of mouth referrals or people I've met at horse shows, so personal interactions.

Updating your images across all of the platforms will keep people in the loop, make them feel as if they know you. You should always post up to date images of yourself for profile images, so if they ever see you in public, they will know who you are. Chances are they will feel more comfortable and possibly approach you.
